Solution*: Automating aerotanks air supply. Specifying the air pumps and blowers optimum operation modes using fuzzy logic algorithms.

Task: Water drawing at minimum energy costs.

Solution: Evaluating the well pumps operation efficiency. Selecting an optimum set and operation mode of the wells consolidated by a general pipe allowing for their cross-impact.
Sewage pumping station
Task: Wastewater collection and pumping at minimum energy costs.

Solution*: Controlling the sewage pumping station based on uniform water transportation to water treatment plants. Maintaining water level in the tank and certain pressure value in the pressure header and draft tubes.

What product was meant to be created?

We wanted to develop a solution enabling to reduce leakages, energy costs and costs of infrastructure maintenance.

What prevented us from doing it before?

No standards of process control design and application in water supply, disunity of the automation market players, suppliers striving for exclusive maintenance of their solutions.

It’s hard to build integrated system without uniform criteria for it.
